photoshop cs4 moving issues

So I just started into the new CS4 and I ran into a issue. How can I drag a clip from one box to another because now instead of free floating boxes they are tabs. any ideas out their?

drag it over the tab.

i tried that, maybe because it was just a text clip or something but it didnt work

I just tried it with a text clip. You need to hover over the tab for about 5 seconds and then it will switch to that tab.
