Photoshop GIU with "old" floating windows

I hope anyone can help me. It's been a while since I last installed PS but recently reinstalled it on a new Mac and now I'm stuck with the "everything in one window" GUI layout. I really prefer the floating panels/windows that were the default way way back, that shows the desktop, but I can't for the life of me remember how I can change those settings and I can't find anything with Google.

Window menu, deselect "Application Frame".
