photoshop page setup question

I want to do a like a 20x16 image but don't have a large format printer. So my thought would be to tape/glue two rows of 8x10s. (i know its going to look like crap but it isn't for something special. I work at a day camp and my group refuses to clean up the lunch table. So someone gave me the idea to have a 'poster' with the word lunch written on it and every time the kids do a good job cleaning up you give them a letter of the word 'lunch' once they complete the word they get a prize. )
So how can i execute this? will it work. My plan is to set up guides so none of the main graphics are on the edges of each individual paper. How can i tell photoshop to print it on 4 8x10s?

Yes, you make yourself clear.

This is easier to do if you have access to either Illustrator or InDesign. The Print dialogue box will allow you to select Tiling and the software will trim the 16x20 into 4 slices and print them on separate letter size pages for you to stick together. Designers do this to show a client a rough proof of an oversized print. My thumbnails show the Illustrator Print dialogue I'm talking about. I have an Epson 1400. The image was saved as a tiff in PhotoShop and placed into a 16x20 page in Illustrator.

In PhotoShop alone you would have to divide the image into 8x10 rectangles using guides and then use the Crop tool to create separate images to print one at a time. Be sure to make a copy of the original before you do this.
