Photoshop path doesn't fill fully?

Hi,
I know illustrator is a better tool here, but until I get it, I'm a big stuck on this path I'm drawing:


There it is.

When I try and fill it, here's what happens:



If I try and combine it, the same sort of thing happens:

How did you end up with the path that you have?
Did you 'Make work path from selection', or did you trace the image with the pen tool?

I traced it with the pen tool...

Btw, I have illustrator now, so if anybody could help me with that, that'd be fine too.

I'd check that all your points are definitely joined. Go the the area that is not filling properly and try to move the individual points. There may be a break.
