Photoshop Printing Cuts off my Borders

Hey everyone...I'm trying to make a DVD cover for a DVD case. I got the measurements... 27.2 X 17.7. It looks perfect on the screen. However, when I go to print it, it always messes up and prints wrong. I have Lexmark Z22 printer... It should fit fine on lengthwise-way standard 8.5x11 paper. Thanks.

Well 27.2 cm = 10.708 inches. Many printers have between a quarter and half inch border around the print... so even if it was a quarter, 1/4 +1/4 > .292.

i just save it as a tiff and open it with preview and print it from there
