still havent gotten use to the mac yet, i was just wondering if mac uses the same photoshops as windows, and if not which is the best one to use? thanks.
 
Photoshop originated on the Mac OS platform so yes Adobe makes PS for Mac OS X and Windows. However You will need to buy the Mac version since I don't think Adobe does dual install disks and plus you have to license that copy. All files however should be cross platform.
 
Yes Photoshop is available on the Mac, Benjamin is correct in saying that Photoshop originated here on the Mac. Photoshop files made on the Mac in are also useable in the Windows version of Photoshop, no difference in the application other then some key commands. You will need a Mac version of the software and serial numbers do not transfer from Windows to Mac or Mac to Windows.
 
And also, all your .abr brush files, font files etc will work. (I am 100% sure about the brushes, 99% sure about the fonts. :eek:)
