Is anyone getting UI artifacts in Photoshop 2015.5? When using a wacom pen or mouse clicking and dragging the scroll bar through brush presets, the items being scrolled through show visual tearing and distortion, to the point of being difficult to view. I submitted a bug report to Apple and Adobe. I can replicate this issue on my Mac Pro 2013 and my MBP Retina 15" 2012. This occurs only in the Sierra beta and not in El Capitan. Hopefully this issue is resolved by Adobe or Apple by release or soon after.

I'm not seeing this issue with hundreds of brushes loaded in the list. I would say I have more RAM and a better video card than your MBP, but your Mac Pro should have more than enough juice to handle Photoshop without a problem.
There's obviously something going on here, but it could be PS, a 3rd party app/utility/plugin, the OS... hard to diagnose without a lot more info.
