My Dad is having some issues with Parallels, and since I don't use it, I was hoping someone out there might be able to shed some light.
He's installed XP Pro and Photoshop on the Windows side of his MBP. When he runs photoshop, in parallels, he gets an error that 'the scratchdisk is full' or something like that. There is no way for him to change the scratchdisk size because it's in virtual mode, through Parallels. (This is what he says, it's not been verified by me).
He says when he shuts off the computer, and reboots, the scratchdisk remains 'full' and unusable.
So my question-- is there a way to 'empty' the scratchdisk, when using photoshop in Parallels?
I can't really explain if all of these points are 100% accurate, as its not my machine, but any help would be great.
Thanks!
