Hello MacRumors!

So I recently bought myself a new mid-2012 MBA.
It's been a real piece of dream machinery so far and I absolutely love it!

Here's my "problem". When I got the MBA 10 days ago I set it all up with iCloud and my appleID and everything worked great and still does.
My MBA automatically syncs with both my notes, documents, calendar etc. except for my photostream?
The last time it updates was when I setup my system and it hasn't since. I've been on vacation, so I have taken a bunch of photos which I would like to have on my MBA. When I open iPhoto and go to Photo Stream I can see that the photos in there are from July 2 - July 30, so why doesn't it update for August on its own? Can i somehow force update it or what am I supposed to do?

Looking forward to your replies! Thank you so much.
Also note; this is my first mac and I am new to OS X.

Also, I did try some googling without any luck.

Are you wondering why photos taken on your iPhone/iPad are not showing up on your MBA? If so make sure that your iPhone/iPad is hooked up to a WiFi network. Your mobile device only uploads pics to photostream over WiFi. I went through a similar situation as you and this was the solution.

That is not the problem, sadly.
I've been at home for the most part of this week and my phone of course hooks up to my WiFi. It's still not uploading to my PhotoStream for some reason.

Thanks for the reply though!
Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

I would log out and log in to iCloud again. Even delete the account and add it back. If you already did that I have nothing else for you. Sorry.

I'll try that - will report back once I tried.
