Does your iPad and MacBook Pro have to be Turn on and connected to wifi for PhotoStream to work?

I had them off and took some pictures with my iPhone and when I turn power on my iPad and MBP there was no pictures in the PhotoStream.

As far as I know, wifi is required.

Hmmm so you can not connect to wifi later for pictures to appear later on PhotoStream?

And to take pictures you have to be on wifi and not 3G when taking them for PhotoStream?

Sorry, misread your first post. The pics should show up after getting back on wifi. I was really no help, huh?

In order for the pictures that you take with your iPhone to appear in the Photo Stream on your iPad and Macbook Pro, the iPhone first have to be connected to wifi in order for the phone to upload the pictures to photo stream, after that they should appear on your other devices when they're connected to wifi.

There is no need for the devices to be turned on (except the device you're taking the picture with ;)) and connected to wifi when the photos are being taken.

Thanks.

That works. I had iPhone on 3G still. When I turn it on wifi i now see the photos on the other devices. Awesome.
