I've been trying to install PHP 5.2.2 for Apache 2.0 on my MacBook Pro (10.4.10). During installation every time, it says "Please Try Installing Again."

I go on the road a lot, and I used to have PHP install on my home iMac for offline web development. (We loose our connection a lot. ) I wanted to install PHP so I can work when on the road.

Not only this, but in System Preferences, it can't start Personal Web Sharing. It doesn't freeze, but it won't go beyond "Starting Personal Web Sharing..."

Any ideas?

Well you only have Apache 1.x installed on OS X unless you have installed an updated version after the fact, so you may have messed something up in the process of your PHP install.
