Curious if anyone has any experience with any physical or app alarms that alarm if someone disconnects the power to the iOS device. I have tried several apps, and I'm curious if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with any of them, and can provide feedback, good, bad, or otherwise. Or if there's a physical alarm that goes between the power and the device, etc... Thanks!

I have my iphone setup with playing an announcement that "Power is disconnected, and the charge level is XXX". I did this all thru the "shortcuts" app which is already on all up to date IOS devices. It basically allows you to script whatever you want. Perhaps you can script to bring the ios device volume to 100% and set it play a very irritating or noticeable sound when disconnected like I do.

That's actually a very good idea. Thinking of using an ipad or getting a cheap tablet to use as a display screen in a fairly public area, and these days, the people just grabbing and running with it is a real concern.
