Any suggestions for a app that can easily place a border around a picture?

What are you going to be using the photo for? If it's just for html, easier than adding a border manually is using the "border" attribute in the <img> tag.

hm, yeah that could work. But I'd like to have the pic on my computer with a border, just an addition.

Well in iPhoto you can choose in the preferences to put an outline around the pics. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.
