picasa app

I have been looking for a picasa app. I have the "web albums" app for picasa. I want one that will let me upload selected pics from my web albums to a vendor to print the pics. In other words I could shoot the pics to Wal-Mart's photo printing, pay for them, then pick up the pics at a set time.

Is there an app that will do this?

Yeah, likely on a phone powered by Google. In other words, not to the best of my knowledge and now that Google is in on the cell phone game I'm not sure we'll see one.
