Is it possible to chose which cell tower I want to connect to? I have Sprint and where I live I'm in between 2 or 3 towers, and unfortunately the closer one where I get 5 bars is terrible slow, 800+ms ping with data speeds usually below 100kbps, while the other tower I get 3 or 4 bars but it's WAY faster, like 70-100ms ping and data speeds that have gone passed 2 Mbps.. my phone obviously prefers to connect to the slower tower as it has a better signal, I obviously don't care about that if the data is soo slow. So yeah, is there anyway? I am jailbroken obviously.

Even a hack cant make Sprint phones fast
That's the thing though, one tower IS fast, the other is ridiculously slow. I just happen to have really bad luck to live closer to the slow one than the fast one.. sucks to suck .

Wow , That must suck . I remember when I had Sprint and I called them and they told me I had a tower which had great signal and I was getting about 0.10 MBPS or something among those lines.
