Called my local Best Buy yesterday, they said they had 2 4GB models and would hold one for me for an hour. Didn't get a chance to head there till later in the afternoon today. Started talking to the Apple Employees there and asked if they had any 4GB models. They said no. There wasn't a place for them on the shelves (pricing label etc.). I told them BB said they had 2 left. They went and checked and yep 2 left. Kinda odd that there wasn't a pricing label or physical spot for the $799 4GB model on their shelves. The 2 4GB models were shelved behind the 2GB models. Seems as though this BB at least is pretty clueless.

I'm impressed with the Mini. I've spent all might migrating as much as possible from my Win7 PC and still am not done. I'll use the Win7 PC to game and the Mini for everything else. The PC is on it's last legs and I'm sure will go out soon. Thus my Mini purchase for critical stuff.

OSX takes a bit to get use to. I used it briefly when it first came out. My gut feeling is that it hasn't changed much and I'm afraid it felt a bit dated. This is just my opinion but Microsoft has come a long way with Win7 as far as look and feel. Arguably OSX is probably more intuitive.

Congratulations on your buying a 4 GB Mac Mini which is also the one I am after. I will grab one when it is available in my part of the world. However, I will buy it from the Apple Online Store.

Do you mean 10.0?

A lot of core concepts have lasted but a lot has changed over the years...I'd say the same about Windows now that I think about it. And if you've only been using Windows all this time OS X probably won't feel intuitive at all, at least until you get used to it.
