Sell them all and get one really good one.

[/obsession]

i did sold some before on ebay and i answerd buyer's 'wanted ceiling fans" ads on craigslist before and gave a needed family 2 fans for free..

and i have givin some of my fans to another fan collector which he's also my friend as well,he's in fort smith, arkansas,he drove to texas just to pick my fans up(ones he asked for/i gave him)for free like last october 2010...

i got 2 good ones installed in my home,a fasco and a emerson:cool:

OP, could you post a pic of a fan that you desire, but don't have in your collection? Also, give us some details on what you look for in a fan so we'll have some understanding as to what we're looking at. I'm a fan noob.

This seems strange to me because your first post on a macforum is your ceiling fan collection...

Think I found the OP...

seriously i done that before and got 1 fan out and believe it or not i did fix it up and gave it to a needed family, fan still works to begin with,it got thrown out due to redecorate/remodel reason...

i live in small 1 bedroom apartment and i got at least 10 fans in my apartment(counting the 2 are installed)..and the mantience guy at my complex gave me the old ones after he remodels other apartments before next person(s) moves in..

But I....I..........I.................I am speechless.

To OP, props on helping needy people, though.

I'd've never put my money on this thread becoming a reality.. nor did I ever see myself posting a picture in a ceiling fan thread on a mac forum. Or ever actually.

Less then $90 at Sears. Oh Yeah.

If you don't mind asking, Where do you keep them all? Are they all mounted or are some in storage? Do you look for vintage/antique/rare fans or just any ceiling fan?
