I know that if you turn off your cell data, you can't receive pictures through text messaging. Does anyone know if it's possible to still send and receive pics using iMessage with the cell data turned off?

As long as "MMS Messaging" is turned on in the iMessage settings:

With cell data do you mean 3G ? If yes, iMessage will not work without an Internet connection.

Off topic. I don't have Group Messaging option (UK user)

It's not available in all countries (as far as I know it's only available in USA).

Have never had the option for group messaging, I have been able to send messages to groups of contacts but I think it does not let the recipients see who else the message is being sent to.
