Picture previews on iPad videos?

So movies you download from iTunes have a beautiful preview picture in the Video section of your iPad.

Videos you put on there yourself do not.... they just take the first frame from the video as the preview.

Is there a way to add a picture preview somehow to a video's attributes so that it shows up in the Video section of the iPad?

Just find the artwork on the web, open iTunes and slect the movie, right click and 'get info', paste the image into the artwork window. Then snyc with your iPad
