Picture Profile "upload failed"

Hi. I wondered if anyone could help. I'm trying to set up a profile picture. The image is approx 7cm2 102k 72dpi jpeg.

When I click to save changes a message appears stating "upload failed"

Any ideas??

It has to be under 97.7Kb.

The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).
