I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what font the text is written in and how I could go about getting text like that neatly on all the photo's I want to put online?

Looks like Ariel. You can add text to any image in Photoshop, Keynote, Pages, Word, Graphic Converter, GIMP, PowerPoint.... I could go on, but most anything would work. Neat is a generous description of text that is aligned, and positioned in the corner.
