Did you just update to 3.1.2? Maybe the settings in Settings - General - Network - Cellular Data have been changed by the software update, they were for me, I had to re-enter them

i tried resetting the networks
no luck...i still cant send pictures through text...the option isnt there...the camera icon next to the text box isnt there...please help...cant stand this

Did you install the newest carrier file, try a Network reset and/or restart.
