It's summer time in the northern hemisphere... time to bust out your outdoor cooking chops and reveal them to the world... Let's see what everyone is doing with their grills, smokers and BBQ setups... both the equipment and, more importantly, the results of your efforts...

I've got a Traeger 34 pellet smoker and a 5-burner propane NexGrill gas grill.

I've done everything from smoked sausage, baby back ribs, pork butt, steaks, brisket and pork belly bacon to pizza, wings and smoked peaches... I will have to dig some of the photos out to post here.
