Hi, there!

I have a strange problem: I've been running the iOS Public Beta on my iPad from the start.
Today I installed the GM on my iPhone (upgrading from 9.3.5) and everything looks ok, except the apps in iMessage are missing the pictures "hub" where you can search for animated GIFs.

I have no idea how to get it back.

Anyone else having this issue? Or any idea how to fix it?
Best regards,
VSG

It was working in the GM yesterday (and I think this morning (Europe)), but now I also don't see it anymore.
Thanks for the answer. I'm also in Europe.

Strangely it still works in iPad that also runs the GM. The iPad was in the Public. Beta cycle while my iPhone was updated from 9.3.5 directly to GM. I thought something went wrong there.
But if you don't see it either, at least the problem is not in my end.:)

It's also not visible on my iPad Mini anymore. I updated both my iPhone and iPad yesterday to the GM from 9.3.5.

It is back here on iPhone, now. Strange.

And I find it quite a pity that you are unable to sort those apps. iOS 10 seems to have its own way of sorting.

That is the strange thing. 8 hours ago it was there - now it's gone again?!

Whatever Apple's problem is there, they should fix it. Rather soon.

You can sort them.

In iMessage tap the App Store icon that brings up all the pictures, stickers, music, handwriting options. Then tap on the four dot/square icon in the bottom left corner to bring up the actual apps they use for those plugins. And just like your Home screen, long Press. They will jiggle just like apps on the home screen (and this is where you can also delete them) drag them around to your desired sorting.

I've found that out, too. But it doesn't have any effect - when sliding through the panes the sorting remains the same.
Does it change on your device?

You're right. Doesn't seem to have any effect. It probably should. It looks like it's a little buggy. When I initiate the jiggle the delete "x" will sometimes not appear on some of them as you rearrange them and then reappear as you continue to move things around (even the Recents one which I don't think can be deleted sometimes shows a delete "x")

I'm seeing the same thing. You should submit it to Apple via the Feedback app.

So, now iOS 10 is officially here and the hub still missing.
Bummer.

My device that's been on beta 1 through GM still has the images search drawer but another phone from 9.3.5 updated to 10.0.1 today does NOT have that. Weird. Anyone figured out a fix yet?

Hmmm... is this a country rights issue? Or a eu issue?

Or Tim Cook being mad at the eu. " You want tax money? No, gif search for you Europe!"
