I just can't believe how bad this service is. I can't believe
I actually paid for that. It's completely worthless.

Sorry to hear of you bad experiences. Have you been in contact with apple via their mobileme chat support?

I'm going to sound like a fanboy and the odds are high that I am anyways but I've not had any major problems with mobileme. Could it be improved sure, but I've not incurred any outages since they initially rolled mobileme out to replace .mac.

Other then my iDisk being slow as molasses which has not improved since apple gave us iTools for free. I've been pleased with the service. Everything syncs, my emails are pushed to my iPhone and I'm able to upload/download files on my iDisk with incredible frequency and consistency.

What is this, a poem? You don't have to enter after every fifth word. It does it automatically, you know.

MobileMe is awesome.

Sounds like you've made no reasonable effort to resolve your problems. Im sure a call to apple might shed some light on your problems. Mobile me has worked flawlessly for me. absolutely perfect service. Could be that your settings are askew.

And I am sure a call to Apple will only keep you waiting on the phone for a very long time before you finally get someone on the phone and they tell you there is no phone support for mobileme.

I love Mobile Me.

It syncs my three Macs, iPhone and iPod touch flawlessly.

It allows me to access all my important information on the fly at any computer.

It allows me to post pictures and videos on the Web in a snap.

It allows me to find my iPhone when I've lost it and will soon allow me to access my iDisk from my phone.

And more....

I love it.
