Hi Mac-Heads, I have had my MBP for a while now and partitioned it with "Bootcamp" to play games.
I am over windows anyway and plan to delete the partition and find some games to play on OSX as I have read here that you can get Halo, Quake and the like on Mac.
But where??
Every shop around here doesnt have them.
Are there regional system requirements if i look for games on eBay or does everyone "fileshare" using P2P to get their Mac games? (Risky I assume?)
I'm pumped for my gaming comeback- help me get onboard dudes!!

For what it's worth, p2p filesharing of copyrighted games is illegal, though I assume you knew that.

Not to mention illegal and immoral. If pirating were reduced, there would be lots more Mac games.

Unless you live near an Apple store, you typically buy them online from places like macgamestore.com, gogamer.com, amazon.com, etc.

Thanks for the info,
I have only seen two Mac stores and both had a limited, expensive range of games.
I am aware that copyright infringement via P2P platform is illegal, immoral and hence = risky as I implied in my post.
I do not engage in this behaviour, obviously, or I would not be asking where to get decent Mac-games from.
This does not mean that thousands of other Mac-gamers have the same principles so I felt it apropriate to mention the practice.This does not mean I agree with it but thanks for the flaming anyway!

No harm done!-I'll check out those sights for some Mac-Halo action.

That was hardly flaming; just pointing it out. Mostly I use macgamestore.com...they do a pretty good job.

Found a lot of games at Amamzon-I wont be playing online but Halo and "Unreal Tournament" looked good.

UT 2004 I assume? I don't play online either, but it's good for some quick blasts...the bots aren't bad and there's loads of mods that change the gameplay completely.
