ok so i messed op my hair with bleach doing my roots and don't want to go back to brown. so right now in the house we have pink and purple, so what do u think. this is getting done in the next few hours, so put in your info.

How bleached is bleach? In my v limited experience, pink and purple are both colors that work best w/ high contrast (meaning the rest of the hair is a solid and v different color) as well as w/ extreme bleaching (as in, scalp-bleeding-bleached hair). :p

That said... which sort of pink? Which sort of purple?

Hot pink? Dark deep violet? If those two options, I'd say go for the purple. Plus, they have those color/ pigment depositing shampoos and the purple ones work better. :p

it's manic panic it's all i use. as for the bleaching i did the the roots in the blonde streak in my bangs and the i did underneath at the nape of my neck. both look bad, i think.

and the 2 colors are Purple Haze and Fuschia Shock, the fuschia doesn't look that dark in my hair

Here in Japan mostly only grandmothers dye their hair pink, purple, or even blue. So now when I see people dyed colorful hair I think "Hey! You're as cool as a Japanese grandma!"

yeah well maybe i just am

Personally I l-o-v-e the way Fuchsia Shock looks in my hair (dyed black w/bleached chunks/highlights that I color). But on me Fuchsia Shock looks, well, fuchsia. It only starts to look pinkish after a couple weeks of fading. I dig Purple Haze too. I'd say go Fuchsia and if you don't like how it looks then you can always cover it w/Purple Haze. Or if you're feeling adventurous you could mix a little bit of Purple Haze in w/some Fuchsia Shock to darken it up a little.

On a somewhat related note I didn't realize my bottle of Green Envy had "expired" so I used it and, well, it looks like I got drunk and tried to dye my hair w/kool-aid... in the dark.
