Hello MacForumors!

I noticed a nice touch of detail with the new pinned tabs feature in Safari. Nearly all the popular sites on the internet have their unique little icons when they're pinned. Sites that don't support this feature simply displays the first letter of the site's name in upper case and the corresponding colour of the site's logo. So far I found quite a number of websites that are supported. What do you guys think this feature? And feel free to name any sites that I missed.

The "T" tab was a Chinese website called Taobao. Originally it had a unique icon with some Chinese letter, but somehow it was redirected and turned into just a T.

There were so many pinned sites I couldn't fit them all in one go. Maybe I discovered a flaw here? Perhaps pinned tabs could also use the scrolling functionality like non-pinned tabs can do. But I doubt anyone will ever have this many sites pinned in typical use.

Your case reminds me one thing:
When programming, always try to apply boundary value to see how program will react.
