Pioneer DVRTS09 disc load issue

I have this superdrive in my iMac and notice that it does not load a disc like my other superdrive's did. Intead of loading the whole disc, the disc will stop halfway and then you have to rotate the disc slightly downward to get it to load. The disc ejects properly and plays and burns properly. Anyone else have this issue or any advice
