This is my first time doing a dead/stuck pixel text. I have a 24" iMac.

There was 1 black dot showing at the exact same spot (just off center left) on every color I tested.

Red Background- did not see any more than the 1 black dot at the same spot

Blue Background- saw 2 black dots.

Green Background - did not see any more than the 1 black dot

Black Background - I saw 3 white dots at various places on the screen, including 1 white dot where the above mentioned black dot is on the other colors.

White Background - I saw a black dot in the same place I saw it on the other background colors, plus a multi-colored dot a few inches away.

What do I conclude from this? I guess I have one dead pixel for sure. But as for the other colors, I'm not sure how to interpret this, especially for the Black background test.

Have you tried cleaning the screen with the cleaning cloth? Often small particles of dust look like a dead or stuck pixel

Yes, I cleaned the screen just prior to doing the test.

Are the test results unusual?
