Pixel unsticking programs?

So a week or so ago I opened up my ibook to find a small cluster of pixels stuck on blue. I lightly aplied pressure to the offending part of the screen to find that some of the pixels would change back to normal, with enough light massaging I could actually get all of the pixels to disapear. The issue was that they refused to stay unstuck. So now im going to my next option a program that unsticks pixels flashing lights or sumthing. Suggestions on one to buy or even better something free. Am I even dealing with stuck pixels?
