hey guys,

looking for some advice/answers for my MACBOOK PRO 2017 13-inch.

i have had this problem ever since i bought this new macbook and i was wondering if its normal or not.
Sometimes when i wake up my mac after a day of not using (it does not have to be a day sometimes after a couple of hours it happens as well) but there is a brief moment when the screen is pixelated (i provided an example of kind of what it looks like). please let me know whats going on!!!

Screen turned on before graphics driver initiated after hibernation, are you still on high Sierra? I though this behaviour was fixed in Mojave. As far as I'm aware this can be 'normal' if buggy behaviour, as long as ya only when waking from log sleep.

Edit: looks like wronganout Mojave's fixing, there's a thread on this on first page of forum saying still happens.

Its not hardware related if it happens from sleep or boot only. A visual software bug. If it happened intermittently with every use and every action then it would be something to worry about it.
