iPod Pixels on Ipod Classic... Dead?

Hey guys, I have a 120gb ipod classic and some of the pixels appear to be dead. However, this seems to change often. The black pixels will turn back to working and working ones will turn black randomly. It keeps switching around. I figure if the pixels sometimes work I should be able to make them work all the time somehow. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do this. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

dead pixels usually stay dead and don't change places with good pixels.

your problem could be completely unrelated to the display at all. it could be a fault in the the ipod's 'graphics card'.


do you have an apple store in your area? they'll probably know what to do.
