It does not backup the actual appa, just a list what is installed, restoring your phone with pkgbackup it will use that list to get the apps from cydia/repos.
You should avoid using PkgBackup to re-install your Cydia hacks as many of them may not be 6.1 compatible and will leave you in a boot loop without you knowing which hacks or how many are causing the boot loop.
PkgBackup is useful for interim restores but dangerous for new firmware level restores

Yikes, it got backed to iCloud in my address book. My phone is no longer jailbroken as I just upgraded to iOS 6.1 and I now want to delete this since it's better to install 1 by 1. Is there anyway I can get rid of this? When I click on it in my contacts my screen freezes
