I CAN'T EVER GET PKGBACKUP TO BACKUP MY CATEGORIES? PLZE HELP.

Issue:

I have purchased and installed Pkgbackup 3.1.8. I also have SBorganizer 1.0.12, Categories 2.2.9, and Categories SB 1.6.2.

I did a fresh 3.1.2 firmware restore. Jailbroke & installed Cydia, SBorganizer 1.0.12, Categories 2.2.9, and Categories SB 1.6.2.

I then installed 15 Apple appstore apps. I Created 3 Cydia Categories folders. I then saved those 15 appstore apps into my 3 created categories folders. 5 a piece into each folder. Then I used pkgbackup. I made sure I had "layout" highlighted as on. I then used pckbackup to backup everything and synced to itunes.

Then to test I did a complete 3.1.2 firmware restore all over again, to make my iphone os new again.

I then jailbroke and only re-installed Cydia and Pkgbackup 3.1.8, nothing more. I also restored my phone from the previous itunes backup.

When I loaded Pkgbackup it recognized my restored pkgbackup file in my phones contacts. I then did the pkgbackup restore, making sure again, that the layout feature was on. When it was finished pkgbackup restoring, my 3 categories folders were not there. I then tried rebooting,,,still not there. No cydia categories folders that i created period.

Pkgbackup did successfully restore all my cydia apps though...ie: SBorganizer 1.0.12, Categories 2.2.9, and Categories SB 1.6.2. Just no categories folders.

Is anyone else having issues backing up categories in pkgbackup. It has never worked for me.

Can someone give me some precise newbie like directions on how to make this feature actually work?

thanks.
