I'm planning on buying and jailbreaking an iPad Air 2 in the next couple of days and I want to make sure I have the steps I need to take correct.
1. Turn on iPad, set up and make sure everything is working correctly.
2. Backup iPad on iTunes.
3. Restore iPad to 8.1.2 on iTunes.
4. Restore backup
5. Boot windows xp on Parallels
6. Plug in iPad (setting iPad to connect to Windows everytime it's connected) and run TaiG jailbreak.
7. Profit?
The only thing I really want with a jailbreak is to run RetroArch and use a PS3 controller on it!
Also, am I correct in saying that if I ever wanted to unjailbreak, I could just restore an ipsw file?
Cheers for any help!
