I have been thinking of using the guest bedroom in my house as a bit of a small gaming room. I would like to have multiple macs so I can play games with friends that come over, etc. I already have 1 iMac G3 450mhz.

I'm focusing on the following classic games:
-Starcraft
-Diablo II
-Baldur's Gate II.

I was planning on running them all in OS9. I know these games don't have very high requirements so I would like to do this as cheaply as possible. I'm looking at eBay for any deals right now.

My question is: What kind of Macs should I look for in order to run these games? I need them to run well. Which models and revision would be good for what I'm trying to achieve? Any tips/comments?

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend buying some G4 Macs in Apple's Refurbished section. Maybe some iMacs, or maybe even a G4 Mac mini would work.

That sounds good, but it's more than I want to spend. I think the requirements to diablo II are only mac os 7.5.1 and a 233mhz g3....

I haven't really decided how much to spend, but I'm not looking for anything near recent. It also HAS to run OS9.
