Has anyone managed to play a Dolby Vision file directly on their iPhone X? Other than using the Netflix or iTunes Apps that is...
 
I'm not sure iPhones support DV display at this point. They could with the right software update and assuming the A11 can handle the DV processing.

In all likelyhood, iPhones are using the HDR10 standard.
