iPhone Play YouTube or ProTube minimized?

I would like to start a video, press the home button, then swipe up, press play. This should let me listen to the video while I'm able to do other things. Anyway to do this?

If you have appaddict download youtube version 2.6 and then download the cydia tweak youtuber and you can play in background and download videos straight to camera roll at the quality you choose. It's my favorite tweak. If you're not jailbroken I don't know of anyway you can background youtube.

I have Tubex currently that's in the apple app store, don't know how long it'll last though (google hates options), but it plays videos in the background just fine.

The app store version of ProTube also backgrounds without a problem and doesn't require additional tweaks to make that happen. I believe the Cydia version still does too.

And the updated Bridge imports the videos to your Camera Roll.
