Playing a floating Youtube video on a home screen with a Note2?

I use to be able to play a floating Youtube video over any of my home screens and move it around. I can't seem to do this anymore. Was this feature removed with a recent Youtube update?

You can use floating apps.

no, only the videos saved in your phone's memory can be pop-ed up (you'll have to install apps if you want to do this with the youtube videos)
