iOS Playing RTSP audio/video stream

Hi all,

I am developing an application in which I want to play the RTSP audio/video stream. How to achieve this? I know that iPhone does not support RTSP protocol, but can this be achieved by any mean (may be by using third party library)?

I'm not aware of any third-party libraries, but there are other apps which have managed RTSP support so obviously it's not beyond the realms of possibility.

After lot search, I came to know about an application "Tuner2 radio" (URL: http://www.indexcom.com/iphone/features.html). So it is possible. Can anybody give me any hint to make it possible i.e. a way to play RTSP audio/video stream?

You might be able to find an appropriately-licensed C implementation of the protocol to port, which would save you a lot of effort.

I got your idea & i think it is perfect. I am finding this out too. But till now, no success. If you know any C-based library to support this, please suggest.
