Im really wanting to play swtor on my 2009 mac with windows 7 64 bit. It is completely stock with the 9400m card. I know its not the best card but I am just wondering if the game is even playable on my computer? Not really worried about having the best setup ever. Thanks.

I think it should run, but on all low settings, probably around 20-30 FPS at best.

As far as I recall the 9400M is not a dedicated graphics card. I suspect you would be lucky to get 10FPS even on low settings. The CPU may also let it down too.
