I have created a new playlist on my Mac (macOS 10.12 Sierra).
It doesn't show up on my iPhone (6S with iOS 10.2). Some of my other playlists show up though, but not all.
I have Apple Music.
I have enabled iCloud Music Library.
I can find the songs from the playlist if I search them individually in "your library" on the iPhone.

I have turned off and on the iCloud Music Library on the iPhone, and I have seen the playlists vanish and then be recreated. But never the missing ones.

Is there a setting for every playlist that I have missed?

I am going crazy...

Thanks for the answer! Everything is the latest.

I *may* have found the reason; I have two Apple ID's that I have used on this computer. By some weird reason (probably stupid and not so modern digital copyright laws) I was told that the computer would be locked to Apple ID B if I looked at some TV Show material with that Apple ID. My primary account is Apple ID A.

We'll see in 17 days.

I don't like this solution, even though I understand that it's not Apples fault, but old narrow-minded bureaucratig rules... :(
