iPod Playlists and transferring

Okay, I'm having this dilemma. I'd like to make a playlist of all the music on my iPhone and save it in my library, but I can't seem to do that. I can create and on the go playlist of all my music, but I can't transfer it to my actual library. Is there a way that I can create a playlist of all the music on my iPhone and save it in my iTunes library?

(I've even gone to the extent of using Pod-to-Mac; trying to copy the playlist from my phone to my computer. But the program doesn't seem to work when my iPhone is plugged in, only my iPod)


Any help would be appreciated. :)
