iPhone Please explain iwidget related items

I believe if that is an option it is an iwidget that works with "widget weather". There is a thread on modmyi explaining it a little better.
Gps city will use your gps to locate what city you're in so that it could get you the weather info. I'm not sure what the neighborhood option does though. I usually just turn on gps city and it locates my city fine. In order to use these options you'll need to install the widget weather tweak.
