P polevault139 macrumors 6502 Sep 24, 2006 342 0 Illinois Apr 18, 2007 #2 The C2D's are n capable and the CD's are not. Anything other than that I think is processor related. Also there is a little increase in battery life, and the 2nd gen is 64bit, but then again thats all processor related stuff.
