Please Help! 1.0.2 & AppTapp(installer.app)

I had installer.app before. I just restored 1.0.2 and I don't have installer.app anymore. I tried using the installer , how i previously had installed it, but now my iphone says to connect to itunes and a window pops up saying "bootstrap failed, see console log" . I had to use independence to get out of recovery. Now I don't know how to get installer back on my phone and I don't want to upgrade to 1.1.1 yet.
I'm totally clueless..

Oh Please.. if you could help please do.... I need installer.app again!!

I too have this problem - does anyone else

I restored my phone that I had installer on, just to use application, I am a paying regular att user. It started having some issues sore I restored it to 1.02 the version it came with when I bought it....

I have the same exact problem as the other poster...

I'm scared to upgrade to 1.11 as I don't know if I need to virginize the phone first, and even them I can't into the phone without the installer running

Anything would be a great help

PS What is the diff. between jailbreaking, and unlocking?
