So yesterday I went to the Apple Store to pick up my iPhone 7 because it was in repairs. Unfortunately they wiped everything from it.

You didn't back up your data n photos? If you bring in your device for repair, you were reminded to back up your data. Did you not think about it? iphoto could hv saved all your photos n videos if only you take the time. I'm not sure what you can do to retrieve. And apple probably would not want to be blame for. Erased digital data is supposedly be able to retrieve, but requires a special software. May be somebody would know if it can be applied on iphones ssd's.
