Hi....if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have an older, non intel Mac Mini. i'm trying to get it on my wireless network. When I go into the Network setting area, The Airport status is Turned off. it will not let me turn it on...when I click on the 'Turn Airport On" button, it goes blue for a sec, then stays grey.

in the "Network Name box, it is Grey and says "Airport: OFF"

Ive tried adding my wifi info as a new network, but nothing works....this Mini just does not want to turn Airport on.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? i can easily run a cable from my router to the mini if theres a diagnostic.

please help if you can!

Thanks much.

Which older, non Intel Mac mini do you have? What is the history of this computer? Has anyone worked on the mini lately? Did the WiFi work for you at any time in the past?
