I downloaded a picture for a desktop background some time ago and now want to use it on my iMac. For the life of me I can't find the site I downloaded it from. I need the image but at a higher resolution.

Can anyone help?

The file I have is 00283_driftwoodbeach_1280x960. I need the image for a 20" iMac.

I have tried Google but it's not listed.

Here's the picture:

Why don't you just scale it up & crop it in a graphics program? You won't lose that much resolution: it's only a desktop.

Edit: You need to get it to 1680px W x 1050px H.

Here is Gene Burch's website with the picture that you are after.

Click on me

thats strange. when i move my mouse on this page to the back button of my safari window, my PB beeps!!!!!!!!!

is that a weird thing on my book or do you guys have it too?

edit: my page didn't render properly. so the header of the page was missing. when youj select menue items it beeps. in my case the beep points where shifted outside the page into the window-frame.

Must have took you ages to find that, or did you just look at the Name at the bottom of the picture :D

I would have googled too if only I'd seen the name on the picture. I have it stretched and therefore it's cropped.

D'oh.
